Our trained staff is here to ensure every item is authentic and in the condition described. We offer a full refund if there is any discrepancy with the authenticity of an item purchased. Please contact us by email within 3 days after the receipt of the item in question. We endorse RealAuthentication.com should you wish to confirm authenticity. This service is the responsibility of the Purchaser. Dina C's does not accept, sell or tolerate counterfeit items.

Please read the descriptions in their entirety and review all photographs carefully. If you need other pictures, let us know. Vintage pieces have lived a prior life before coming to your home so they're not perfect and are sold "as is". Having said that, please shop carefully and feel free to email us with questions before buying.

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred in returning an item and will be charged a 10% restocking fee assuming the item is returned in the same condition in which it was sent to you. The original shipping charges and restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Returns are not accepted for items that do not fit, so please check measurements carefully and ask questions before purchasing an item. Refunds are not given and returns absolutely will not be accepted on shoes or pierced earrings. . If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 2 days of receipt directly so we can address any issues promptly.
